Wall mount display case on a black finish wood plaque for a golf ball with 4"x6" photo and 6x8 score card with Free Photo Printing. If your scorecard is a different size, please message us for custom sizing. Comes wall ready. The ball will be completely encased in a custom ball holder with a stand to prevent it from shifting/rolling. The picture and scorecard are held in acid free slide in frames - holders with your choice of silver or gold color. The wood plaque comes win your choice of a black or cherry finish. Also comes with a laser engraved name plate with no character limit. Overall size of the plaque is 12.5"x15".

I need the following info and all options are shown on the main product page by clicking through the product images. Send me the wording you want engraved on the name plate, the plate color. Choose from any of the fonts that are on the sample image or tell me what special font you want and I’ll try to get it for you. Choose from 3 corner effects. Squared - Notched - Round/Radius. There is No Character Limit for engraving. It just has to properly fit on the plate and be clear enough to read. I will let you know if you’ve chosen too much text resulting in a tiny font and we can adjust things from there to properly fit your needs......
